CivicsPal Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

By downloading or using CivicsPal, you agree to these terms.

  1. License. CivicsPal grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own study purposes, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (see apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).
  2. Independent, unaffiliated study aid. CivicsPal is developed independently. It is not produced, reviewed, sponsored, or approved by any agency of the United States federal government. It does not provide legal advice, and using it does not affect any immigration case or application in any way.
  3. No promised outcome. Content is provided for study preparation only. We make no promise about your test result, interview outcome, or immigration case outcome. Question wording, officeholder names, and other factual details may change over time; always confirm current, case-specific information through your own official channels.
  4. Purchases. CivicsPal offers one non-consumable in-app purchase. It is a single, one-time payment — it will never automatically renew or charge you again. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
  5. No warranty. CivicsPal is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this app.
  7. Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

  4. 購買。CivicsPal 提供一項非消耗型 App 內購買,只需付費一次,不會自動幫你續訂或再次扣款。所有購買均由 Apple 處理,適用 Apple 的退款政策。
  5. 不提供保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內,CivicsPal 以「現狀」提供,不附帶任何形式的保證。
  6. 責任限制。在法律允許的最大範圍內,開發者對因使用本 App 而產生的任何間接、附帶或衍生損害不負責任。
  7. 條款更新。本條款可能不定期更新,更動會直接公布在這個頁面上,並附上新的「最後更新」日期。
