These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Welonna mobile application (the "App"), an AI voice companion app provided by an independent developer (zhengxuancheng) ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your license to use the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"), available at:

These Terms are supplemental to, and incorporate by reference, the Apple Standard EULA. Where these Terms add to or further specify terms permitted by the Apple Standard EULA, these Terms apply. In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA regarding the scope of your license, the Apple Standard EULA controls. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
The App is rated 18+ on the App Store and is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The App is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.
Certain features that involve more intimate or mature companion interactions are additionally gated behind an explicit in-app adult (18+) confirmation before first use.
Welonna provides AI-generated companionship, including:
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Some features depend on third-party services (see our Privacy Policy) and on a working internet connection.
Welonna's characters are artificial intelligence, not real people. All conversations and voices are computer-generated. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. The App is for entertainment and companionship only and does not provide medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on the App for any professional, safety-critical, or decision-making purpose. If you are in crisis or thinking about self-harm, contact a professional helpline immediately — in the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); elsewhere, contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline.
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID using the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment-card information.
Real-time voice calls may be billed by the second and can be funded with consumable time-pack purchases. Purchased time-pack minutes do not expire. Time packs are consumed as you use call minutes.
You may optionally send tips to support development. Tips are non-refundable and do not unlock features.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds. To request a refund, use Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights that apply in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/UK consumer rights) are not affected by this section.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Welonna lets you submit short praise messages for the community (“Community Praise”). You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content you submit is automatically screened by AI moderation before it can be shared, and content that violates these Terms is rejected.
By submitting Community Praise, you represent that you have the right to submit it, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the community feature. You retain ownership of what you write.
Reporting and enforcement. You can report objectionable content from within the App. We review reported content, will remove content that violates these Terms, and may suspend or permanently ban users who violate them; we aim to act on reports within 24 hours. To request removal of content you submitted, or to report abuse, contact us at the address in the “Contact Us” section.
The App, its characters, names, voices, artwork, software, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial personal use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the App or its content except as expressly permitted.
AI-generated outputs you receive are provided for your personal use. We make no warranty regarding the ownership, originality, or non-infringement of AI-generated output, and you are responsible for how you use it.
The App relies on third-party services (including Google's Gemini API, Inworld AI, and Apple services). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is shared with whom.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or appropriate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (VIA APPLE) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our licensors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. You also acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
