The Toll does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. All information you enter — including age, gender, family member details, daily check-ins, and any custom names — lives only on your iOS device.
All of the above is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework. None of it leaves your device.
The Toll uses iOS local notifications only — the system delivers a daily reminder you scheduled in Settings. No remote push notifications. Permission can be revoked anytime via iOS Settings → Notifications → The Toll.
The Toll is rated 4+ and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, regardless of age.
Because all data lives on your device, you control retention completely. Uninstalling the app deletes all data. You can also delete individual check-ins or family members within the app at any time.
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with an updated Effective Date. Material changes may also be highlighted in the app.
